Why did I receive a backflow compliance notice from my city?
Texas law requires annual testing for all backflow prevention assemblies connected to public water systems or irrigation lines to prevent water contamination.
Do I need to be home when you perform the backflow test?
No. As long as our technician has clear outdoor access to the backflow device and water main, you do not need to take off work or be home.
What happens if my backflow device fails inspection?
If a device fails due to worn seals or internal debris, our technician provides an upfront repair quote. We stock common parts on our trucks to clean, repair, and re-test the assembly in the same visit.
Do you submit the test results to the city for me?
Yes! We submit your official test report directly to your city water authority or water purveyor and send you a digital copy for your records.

How quickly can my service or project be scheduled?
Backflow inspections and urgent repairs can typically be scheduled within 24–48 hours. Larger landscape or irrigation projects are scheduled following an initial consultation.

How are your fertilization and weed control services priced?
Lawn treatment plans are priced based on the total square footage of your turf area. We provide free upfront quotes so you know your exact cost per application.
Are you fully licensed and insured in Texas?

How often should my irrigation system be serviced?

Fertilization & Weed Control
What is included in your lawn care service?
We specialize exclusively in custom lawn health treatments, including scheduled fertilization, pre-emergent weed control, post-emergent weed treatment, grub/pest control, and soil conditioning.
How often will my lawn receive fertilizer and weed control treatments?
Our core turf management program consists of 7 to 8 seasonal applications spaced roughly 6 to 8 weeks apart to protect your lawn year-round against weeds and nutrient deficiencies.
Do I need to keep pets and children off the lawn after a treatment?
Yes. We recommend keeping children and pets off the treated grass until liquid weed treatments have completely dried (typically 1 to 2 hours).
Do I need to be home when you apply the treatment?
No. As long as your gates are unlocked and pets are kept indoors, our licensed technicians can treat your front and back yards while you are away. We leave an application flag and digital service summary after every visit.
