Why We Require Weekly Maintenance

• Optimal Turf Health: Cutting more than 1/3 of the grass blade at once stresses the root system, encourages weed growth, and starves your lawn of nutrients. Weekly mows keep turf thick, healthy, and resilient against Texas summer heat.

• Consistent Blade Height: We adjust our mowing height seasonally to match your specific turf type (Bermuda, St. Augustine, Zoysia) and soil conditions.

• Complete Perimeter Care: Every visit includes precision string trimming along fences and beds, clean hard-edge detailing along driveways and walkways, and full debris blow-down.

Service Requirements & Qualifications

To maintain our high standard of operation, all mowing accounts must meet the following criteria:

• 📅 Weekly Service Only: We do not offer bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time mows.

• 🏡 Minimum Service Rate: Mowing services start at a minimum of $65 per visit (or require an active Fertilization, Weed Control, or Irrigation Maintenance agreement).

• 🔒 Gated Access: Gates must be unlocked or provided with keypad access on your designated service day.
